She has a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology, a master’s degree in Business Administration, and is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Project Management.
Juana has more than 16 years of experience managing technology development projects, creating efficient work teams, and successfully implementing technology projects.
At the same time, she has a vast experience teaching Project Management at Master's level in universities such as: Ana G. Mendez University System, Caribbean University, and the Polytechnic University (Miami). She also has professional certifications, such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, Quality Management and Specialist in Preparation of University Modules at Faculty level.
